This book continues where the first one left off, The Bard and Muse are doing there best to convince the Fae that the witches need to be protected and The Black Coats need to be stopped. Ari and Neall have settled into married life at there new home. But The Black Coats are continuing their mission, of destroying women and witches a like in the East, making moves also in the West. New allies are introduced, including the Fae that could change everything for the better.
