Act of Valor : Real Makes a Big Difference
I have seen a wide range of war films, from the fiction to the based on real people and events. Some of these have been great and some not so great. But even the great ones can't compete with this film. Real active duty soldiers bring a depth and reality to the film, that not even the greatest actor can bring to a soldier role. I wasn't really into seeing this film, but I'm glad I did. It was well done, it grabs you from the beginning, and doesn't let go. If you see just one war film in your life, make it this one, you won't regret it.

Ghost Rider : Spirit of Vengeance
I saw the first Ghost Rider, and thought it was alright, I guess I was expecting something a bit different. The first film had a thicker story plot, and not so much action. The second moved a bit better, but was much less story oriented and more action. Like the first one, it wasn't bad. This wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, it was a pleasant surprise. Paying for 3-D though isn't worth it.

Red Tails Fly True
Red Tails is one of the best based on war films I have seen. It did start a little slow for my taste, but one quickly gets drawn into the story. Reminded me of Memphis Belle. Well done. Just wish they had taken the opportunity to give more information on the Red Tails.
